Maybe the annihilation of time means concurrently a negation of distance - it is this what I have not lost, what I cannot loose. Maybe it is the potential to say you and to mean yourself instead. Whatever it is, I experience it as a proof of my own identity like hardly anything else. There may be a lot of past time between me and this picture but it is unquestionable that I was there!
All the more the feeling of not-being-now becomes noticeable which is a well known fact. Isn't it such a delusion to place one single moment on a pedestal which it is not deserving more than any other? Isn't it a bluff of the own will, the individuals' narcissistic trait concerning it's "own" time? Well, you could not really call this shredding of history something romantic. To do so you have to really look for the picturesque in the photographic. Sometimes it seems similar to looking for the poetic in the statistic.

However I instist on that what has been there had influenced the picture. If I only have an appeal of what illustrates my inner feeling I can use it for finding my own measure again. Isn't it that also melodies have to be written down but still they intend to reach the sentiment. Even if a photo is no vessel for time it is able to contain the light and perspective from which the moment can be reconstructed.
My view on things, is it these things themselves? That can hardly be.
But I know the way by which they reach me and I get to know it better every day. It is the same with the contact of individuals among themselves - they cannot explain themselves but they can experience each other. Before the light they are all equal.
